On Sunday 5th August 2018 at 3.30pm we will be gathering at St Peter's Church in Langton Herring to celebrate the fact that no-one from the village died in the two World Wars. We will also be giving thanks for the lives we are able to lead today, due the efforts of those who came before us. Doubly Thankful is the 'tagline' of our Village signs, and we are privileged to live in this place and to be part of the community here - whether you have family connections here, live here or just want to join us to celebrate you would be very welcome. There will also be tea and cakes in the Vilage Hall afterwards, so do come along.
